When people RSVP or buy ticket to your event, our system updates all of the information in real-time and provides you with detailed online reports on all activity. You can easily see a high-level dashboards as we all detailed reports on any category of your event performance.
To see any and all information about your sales progress, navigate to your Tickets configuration section. (Go to your event and click Tickets icon on the left). Once, in the tickets screens, you will have a menu on the left. The three options you need to see reports are:
1. Roster Info - displays all attendance numbers and details about people who purchased tickets
2. Earnings - provides you with all information about the dollars and cents about your event. You can see who paid and how much, how they paid, various summaries by ticket, payment types, etc.
3. Answers - gives you information on the answers people provided to your registration questions.
Click on Roster Info on the left. You will be taken to the main dashboard that gives you a high-level view of your event attendance numbers. You can also click on the other tabs to view detailed information about your active attendees or review details of people who cancelled as well as those on a wait list.
Similar to Roster Info, Earnings section will give you ability to view all financial aspects of your event. You can see how and how much people paid, what fees applied to those purchases, as all any refunds and discounts that were given to attendees. In both cases, you can export the information by clicking on the Download Roster (above) and Download Transaction Report (below) links.
If the reports above are not sufficient for what you need, you can export ALL of the data to a CSV file and manipulate it as desired. Please read How To Export Data articles for instructions.
