If you cannot locate your ticket or email confirmation after registering for an event, navigate back to the event page for the event - and there are two options:
1. Click on the "Retrieve Ticket" at the bottom of the event page, and then move on to the following step (below first image).
2. Click on the "Contact Organizer" button at the bottom right of the event page, and the next page will allow you to send an email message. Also make sure to adjust your spam folder to allow emails from myeventguru.com as you will also receive reminders about the event in the days before it begins.
Step 2: enter your email address and click on "Retrieve"
