Yes. Events can be created a single or multi-session events. In order to do that, go to your Tickets Setup section and click on the 'Event Sessions' tab.
Once in there, you can configure whether your event has a single session or multiple tracks. By default all events are configured to be single session. You can toggle that from the Event Sessions page. The following settings can be configured:
Multi-Session Event: Toggles whether event is a single event or multi-session event
Allow Overlap Selection: Controls whether you allow attendees to select event sessions that overlap in time. If you have sessions that overlap with each other, it's up to you whether people can sign up for more than one
Must Select at least One: Specifies whether people must select at least one session to register for
Show Tracks on Main Event Page: Controls whether tracks should be shown on the main event page
