You can always log into to the system and view real-time attendance/earnings reports but who wants to do this every day? To help stay on top of your ticket sales, our system allows you to configure various triggers that will notify you on certain events.
Navigate to your event and then into the Tickets section. Click on the Notifications tab. It's the last one in the Setup section
In this section, you can configure to be notified each time someone buys a ticket to your event or when a specific event occurs (number of attendees sign up or specific number of days prior to the event). There are several notification categories that you can set up. You can also configure the emails that should receive notifications for this particular category.
For Attendance Thresholds and Days Before Event categories, you can specify additional parameters. Click on the blue 'Add New' button on the right and the system will give you a window similar to the one below. Move the slider left-to-right to specify desired level and click Add to save that parameter. Press Cancel when you're done.
Last but not least, you can specify the type of data you want emailed. 'Full' roster will provide you with absolutely all information about your attendees including costs and charges. 'Short' will only provide their name, email, status (active or cancelled) and any answers that were submitted as part of registering for your event. It will not provide any financial information about your attendees.
